Italy improves refund timescales

It seems the Italian tax authorities really have turned things around. Payment of claims under the old paper system used to take between 2 and 3 years. However, the Italians seem to be doing their best to adhere to the 4 month deadline so far. Not all our customers' claims are being paid on time, but the improvement in payment timescales has been significant with average payments taking 6 months from the date of application.
